The furniture was vintage. Efficient customer service. One of our favourite spots such as aotea square was 400 meters from the hotel. We recommend you to eat at Elliott Stables, that is set 100 metres away.

The hotel was a short way from restaurants and pubs. Very close to the airport, 20 km.

We greatly enjoyed having a kitchen. Tourist destinations like queen street were right by this place:)))

Beeing in the centre of Auckland.
Yes. Your internet service is not good and far too expencive! Furthermore, the hotel seemed more worn down then last time we stayed, and the cleaning service now is way too sloppy.

Excellent location right in the cbd. Rooms very well fitted out in apartment style.
Couple of minor things only - tv in room was very small and the street noise was annoying at 2 in the morning - however you should expect some noise if you want to be in the cbd!

We loved the centrality to the Central Business District.
The front desk service were not friendly although they were very efficient. It does not cost money to smile at customers and have a friendly attitude.

The location was fantastic and also the character of the building was charming.
The 2 double rooms in the apartment were very small - only a foot each side of the double bed and no room to put luggage on floor - had to put it in the cupboard. It was also very hot - no cooling system only heating which would have been fine had it been winter I guess.

Nice central location in the city CBD. A little cramped in the main living area of 2 BR apt. for 4 people (we had our 2 older kids with). Easy to get to the harbor, sky tower, and restaurants, etc walking. We did not have a car, got shuttle from airport and back. We were here over the national holiday around new years day, and was still able to get Q's answered by oncall staff. Staff was available for check-in check-out, even over the holiday.
A little cramped in 2BR apt for 4 people. BR's were fine, but living\kitchen are a little small. Washer\dryer in unit is free. If you get internet, don't bother with small cheap packages, as they are by usuage (MB), and you use up quickly. Get a weekly package which has 500MB and was fine for 3 days at ~$30 NZD.
